A network of independent salespeople, not a franchise. There is no joining fee and no monthly fee. Listings go on Belakey, under the Sun Group name.

The founder has sold hundreds of properties over 34 years, with more than 100 villas and apartments managed.

How it starts

The first phase runs with the Property People agency, which keeps its own name and adds the Sun Group badge. You join through Sun Group. Listings are published on Belakey.

What is included

No joining fee

You pay nothing to join, and there is no monthly fee.

75% on each deal

The commission is split 75% to you, 12.5% to the franchisee who recruited and supports you, and 12.5% to Sun Group.

Belakey

The network’s properties are listed on the Belakey portal.

Independent

You are an independent worker. You are not a franchisee and you do not buy the franchise.

Threshold

Once €20,000 has been paid into the network in your anniversary year, you keep 100% of the commission, less €200 per deal.

Joining

There is no joining fee and no monthly fee. You join through Sun Group.

Leaving

You can leave on 30 days’ notice. There is no non-compete. Deals already in progress are still paid on the agreed terms.

Is this a franchise?

No. A salesperson is an independent worker, not a franchisee. The regional franchise is a different contract.

What happens at €20,000?
